In response to this inquiry, on April 4th, the Southern Interregional Administration of Rosselkhoznadzor issued a phytosanitary certificate for the ship Wadi Safaga carrying wheat destined for Egypt. One of the largest grain traders, TD RIF, announced that they have received phytosanitary certificates for two ships that had been docked at the port for an extended period. One of these ships, Wadi Safaga, is transporting wheat for GASC.
Data from the LSEG indicates that the ship Wadi Safaga has already departed from the port.
