The program has proven to be one of the most effective among others: agricultural production has increased by 7.2%, livestock farming by 4.4%. Additionally, the number of enterprises engaged in agribusiness has expanded.

Close to 1,500 agricultural producers have been granted funds from the "Agrostartup" program.

According to the press service of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, the state program for the development of the agro-industrial complex has taken a leading position in terms of effectiveness among more than 40 other programs implemented in 2024.

According to the National Report on the progress of the state program, all key performance indicators have been successfully achieved. Thus, agricultural production increased by 7.2% compared to the base level of 2020, crop production by 8.3%, livestock farming by 4.4%. Food and processing industry production increased by 16.2%, and the profitability of agricultural enterprises, including subsidies, reached 18.3%.

Among the program's important achievements is the increase in the share of domestic planting material to 67.4%. The agricultural machinery fleet is being renewed: in 2024, peasants received more than 14,000 new agricultural machines on preferential lease, which is 1.7 times more than the planned targets.

"Almost 1500 agricultural farms from 82 regions received grants from the 'Agrostartup' program for an average amount of 3.8 million rubles. 746 cooperatives received subsidies under the SPoK support program. More than 36.8 thousand small and medium-sized businesses were involved in the agro-industrial complex, exceeding the planned target by 47%. Small and medium-sized enterprises implemented over 2.2 thousand projects aimed at expanding production and marketing agricultural products," noted the Ministry of Agriculture.
