Orenburg branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Agricultural Product Quality Control Center" has successfully completed monitoring the quality of the wheat crop of 2024.

State crop quality monitoring of the 2024 harvest in the Orenburg branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "TSOK APK" has been successfully completed. A total of 2.9 million tons of grain were examined, with over 64,000 tests conducted.

Results:

  • Soft wheat - 37.6% third grade, 32.2% fourth grade, 27.7% fifth grade;
  • Hard wheat - 29.6% third grade, 44.2% fourth grade, 24.8% fifth grade.

The state monitoring of the quality of soft and hard wheat grain of the 2024 harvest, conducted by the Orenburg branch of the FSBI "CGR APC", has been successfully completed.

The team of specialists from the branch meticulously selected around 2.9 million tons of grain by December 23, which represents the total amount of wheat harvest in the region. More than 3.2 thousand samples were taken, and over 64 thousand tests were conducted.

According to the results of the research, it was found that 37.6% of soft wheat corresponds to the third grade, 32.2% are classified as the fourth grade, 27.7% belong to the fifth grade, and 2.5% do not fall into any of these categories. As for hard wheat, 29.6% meet the third grade, 44.2% are in the fourth grade, 24.8% are classified as the fifth grade, and 1.5% do not fall into any of these categories.
