Brazil will increase its soybean exports by 25% in 2025, strengthening its position as the world's leading supplier.

Oil World: Brazil will increase soybean exports to 44 million tons from July to December 2025. 85% of the production will go to China. Since the beginning of the year, 64.9 million tons have already been shipped. It is predicted that the total export volume in 2025 will reach 64.95 million tons.

Experts from Oil World company predict that the volume of soybean exports from Brazil from July to December 2025 will range from 43 to 44 million tons, compared to 34.7 million tons for the same period of the previous year. Such growth will allow the country to strengthen its leading position this year as the largest global soybean supplier.

It is projected that in the second half of the year, 85% of the total volume of Brazilian sunflower oil exports will be shipped to China, compared to 76% the previous year.

Since the beginning of 2025, Brazil has already supplied 64.9 million tons of soybeans to the global market, which is slightly higher than the figure for January-June 2024 by only 0.8 million tons. Out of this total volume, 48.4 million tons (75%) were sent to China, compared to 46.3 million tons (72%) the previous year.

Therefore, the total volume of Brazilian soybean exports in 2025 could reach 64.95 million tons.
