In Nur-Sultan, a meeting of representatives of the business communities of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan took place, with the participation of the heads of the ministries of agriculture of the two countries, agricultural departments of several regions of Kazakhstan, and industry associations, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan.
The main goal of the meeting was to discuss opportunities for cooperation in the field of agriculture, particularly in joint cultivation of agricultural crops and leather processing.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged their business proposals and initiatives, and also discussed potential mechanisms and conditions for possible cooperation.
Following the meeting, entrepreneurs from both countries reached an agreement to continue negotiations in a B2B format and to organize a visit by representatives of Uzbekistan's business community to agricultural enterprises in Kazakhstan.
