In the city of Kashira, the first stage of construction of a modern elevator complex, included in a large investment project of the company "Prom Produkt", has been completed. This project was started in 2022 with the aim of creating an advanced agricultural plant for crops in the Moscow region. Currently, the area dedicated to crop cultivation has reached 5,000 hectares, where winter and spring wheat, winter and spring rape, peas, and soybeans are grown.

As part of the first stage of construction, the construction of main facilities has been completed and put into operation: a working tower with two grain intake and processing lines, two drying units, and a storage facility for 12 thousand tons of grain. The total investment in the project is approximately 600 million rubles, emphasizing a serious approach to the development of the region's agricultural infrastructure.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region noted that the presence of such a modern elevator will not only improve the logistical efficiency of the agro-industrial complex of the Moscow region but will also create about 40 jobs. The plans include completing the second stage of construction by the end of 2026, which involves increasing the capacities and equipping the complex with state-of-the-art equipment capable of storing up to 44 thousand tons of grain.
