At the beginning of the season, NIBULON shipped the first batch of grain to Egypt, the company's press service reported on August 1.
NIBULON's logistics director Sergey Kalkutin noted that the Egyptian market is traditional for the company, as they regularly participate in tenders of the General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC) of the Egyptian government.
"Cooperation between NIBULON and the Egyptian state company is of great importance for both sides. For GASC, it primarily ensures the country's food security. At the same time, NIBULON, by sending high-quality Ukrainian grain to African countries, continues its mission to feed the world," he said.
According to the information, the grain is delivered to Egypt through the "Danube Grain Corridor" using all the logistical capabilities of the TTS company (Transport Trade Services), with which NIBULON has extended a contract for the new season.
"Key specialists of NIBULON's contract execution department conducted a verification of the product shipment together with senior representatives of Egypt's phytosanitary service. The first batch of grain has already been delivered to the destination and received high quality ratings from specialists of both sides," the statement said.
