Between January 1st and 13th, 2025, specialists from the Rosselkhoznadzor conducted inspections at the sea checkpoints of the Rostov, Volgograd, and Astrakhan regions, as well as the Republic of Kalmykia. Inspections included inspections and documentation processing for 3 batches of animal feed of plant origin (sunflower meal) with a total weight of 12.9 thousand tons intended for export to Turkey.
In addition, samples were taken from each batch of feed for laboratory testing to ensure compliance with the requirements of the importing country. These tests were conducted at the accredited testing laboratory of the Rostov branch of the FGBU "Center for Assessment of Safety and Quality of Agricultural Products".
The inspection results showed that all batches of feed comply with veterinary legislation requirements, and no violations were found.
