On January 29, 2025, the company "Ptitsefabrika Chaykovskaya" was held administratively responsible under article 19.5, point 8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation by the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision for the Kirov Region, Udmurt Republic, and Perm Territory. A fine was imposed, and a prescription was issued to correct the identified violations.
In December 2024, the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision conducted a planned inspection, coordinated with the Prosecutor's Office of Perm Territory, to verify compliance with the previously issued prescription regarding a poultry farm engaged in breeding agricultural poultry (chickens) and egg and meat production in the Chaykovsky municipal district of Perm Territory.
During the inspection, it was revealed that there were tree plantations in the economic zone area near the egg sorting workshop, creating conditions for the reproduction of both wild and synanthropic birds.
Such a violation indicates non-compliance with the Veterinary Rules for keeping birds in closed poultry farms.
