Grain export from the Rostov region: over 375,000 tons were sent to Turkey, Tunisia, Egypt, and other countries.

Rosselkhoznadzor has prepared for export from the ports of the Rostov region 375,000 tons of grain. The main importer is Turkey (272,000 tons), as well as batches have been sent to Tunisia, Egypt. More than 250 phytosanitary certificates have been issued.

From January 1 to January 31, 2025, the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Rostov, Volgograd, and Astrakhan regions, as well as the Republic of Kalmykia, carried out an inspection and prepared for export from the seaports of the Rostov region 375 thousand tons of grain and its processed products.

The main importer of grain products exported from the region is Turkey (272 thousand tons). Shipments were also made to Tunisia (32 thousand tons), Egypt (29 thousand tons), and other countries.

Overall, more than 250 phytosanitary certificates were issued and provided by Rosselkhoznadzor for the exported batches of grain and its processed products. These certificates confirm that the certified products meet the requirements of the importing countries.
