Rostselmash plans to invest a substantial amount in the development of its agricultural machinery and tractor production - around 15 billion rubles. This event is associated with an agreement signed by the deputy governor of the Rostov region, Igor Sorokin, and the director of economics, Dmitry Matsakov, at the International Exhibition "Innoprom-2024." According to the company's investment program to be implemented in 2023-2026, this agreement will define the interaction between the parties in this process. This information is posted on the website of the Government of the Rostov Region.
"The implementation of the new investment program involves further development of newly established enterprises towards the introduction of completely new types of products, increasing the share of local production, including the production of road construction machinery, launching the production of automatic transmissions and their parts for agricultural machinery, as well as expanding local production of gear components," noted Igor Sorokin.
The director of economics emphasized that the Rostov region provides comfortable conditions for the stable development of the industry, and cooperation between the parties is of a comprehensive nature. Rostselmash is the core of the national industrial cluster of agricultural machinery in the Rostov region and is a participant in a regional investment project that provides tax incentives.
