"Plants grown in Crimea are safe and high-quality. We conducted a thorough analysis of samples to detect insects and viruses as part of phytosanitary research carried out in our 4-hectare greenhouse complex. The results of the examination confirmed that the tested plants are free from quarantine dangerous organisms," said Andrey Ryumshin, director of the Azov-Black Sea branch.
He emphasized that conducting such research is especially important before the holidays, when demand for flowers sharply increases.
When selecting samples, we followed the requirements of GOST 12430-2019 "Plant quarantine. Methods and norms for sampling quarantine products during quarantine phytosanitary inspection and laboratory research." The company applicant received a conclusion on the phytosanitary condition of the products and a test protocol, confirming the safety and reliability of Crimean potted plants in the market.
