The organization under the control of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance, the Federal Center for Animal Health Protection (FGBI "VNIIZZH"), held a charity event, as part of which it provided vaccines for the prevention of diseases in cats and dogs to regional shelters that take care of homeless animals.
Currently, 1035 doses of vaccines have been delivered to Yaroslavl, Samara, Nizhny Novgorod, and Bryansk. Additionally, over 2000 doses of drugs are being prepared for shipment to Lipetsk, Tula, Vladimir, Penza, Barnaul, Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, and Novorossiysk.
It is worth noting that two vaccines developed by the FGBI "VNIIZZH" were provided to the shelters: Carnifel RSN and Carnican-5R.
The first one is intended for vaccinating cats against panleukopenia, calicivirosis, and viral rhinotracheitis. The second vaccine is designed for the prevention of carnivorous plague, parvovirus and coronavirus enteritis, adenoviral infection, and rabies in dogs.
The vaccines from the FGBI "VNIIZZH" will help protect animals in regional shelters from dangerous infections and improve their overall health condition.
