A significant part of rapeseed grains and seeds from the Krasnoyarsk region is exported to China.
In the first month of 2025, the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) in the Krasnoyarsk region conducted control over more than 150 thousand tons of grains, processed products, oil crops, and peas. Out of this volume, more than 15 thousand tons of grains, processed products, and oil crops intended for export from the region were monitored. The main share of exports includes rapeseed – 6 thousand tons, oats – 3.4 thousand tons, and barley – 600 tons.
A significant share of Krasnoyarsk grain and rapeseed seeds is exported to China (4 thousand tons of grain, 400 tons of rapeseed, and 300 tons of flax seeds), Belarus (5 thousand tons of rapeseed), and Kazakhstan (600 tons of rapeseed).
During the first month of the year, a control event was carried out on internal transportation routes, within which 140 thousand tons of grains, processed products, rapeseed seeds, and peas were inspected.
Primorsky Krai, Altai Krai, Leningrad Oblast, Kaliningrad Oblast, and the Republic of Khakassia became the main regions for the internal supply of grain from the Krasnoyarsk region.
All shipped goods that were not subject to quarantine fully met the requirements of the destination countries, and these batches were accepted by the importers.
