the registrar is liable for failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of obligations to maintain and store the register (including failure to ensure the confidentiality of information in the register and provision of false or incomplete data) in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. An unreasonable refusal of the registrar to make an entry in the register may be appealed in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The registrar is not responsible for transactions on customer accounts, executed in accordance with the instructions of the nominal holder, trustee.
