The size of the dividend on ordinary shares cannot be more than recommended by the Board of Directors of the company, but can be reduced by the general meeting of shareholders. The final amount of dividends is established by the general meeting of shareholders. A fixed dividend on preferred shares is set by the company when they are issued. The General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors of the company have the right to decide on the inexpediency of paying dividends on ordinary shares based on the results of the period or for the year as a whole. Shares acquired not later than 30 days before the official date of its payment are entitled to the dividend. The Company declares the amount of dividends without taking into account taxes on them.
